- You need of Noodles.
- It’s of Eggs.
- You need of Shitake Mushrooms.
- It’s of Sesame seed oil.
- Prepare of Butter.
- You need of Dashi.
- Prepare of Tofu.
- It’s of Spring onion leaves / other spices you use.
Chinese Noodle Soup step by step
- Chop mushrooms and Spring Onion Leaves.
- Fry tofu in THICK BUTTER.
- Add mushrooms. At this stage you can hse other herbs and spices, I use Kichi because my mom likes it that way..
- Add water, and let simmer. Then add Sesame seed oil..
- Add noodles.
- Add eggs.
- Serve.
- This my mom's version, with special style ? eggs..
